Workday Loyalty Community
Because Workday sells business software in an open source platform, any user anywhere in the world can share their expertise and answer a new user’s questions. Workday wanted to build a loyalty program that formally recognizes this community, encourages greater participation and motivates them to achieve higher status. I developed four different community concepts with naming tiers and backstories for each option. They chose the “change agents/super heroes” theme to align with their corporate tagline “Workday. For a changing world.”
